A mix of European antiques, family heirlooms and sophisticated hand selected additions create distinction in this modern mountain residence. With generations ofart collections, jade carvings, cloisonne objects combined with native American art, it made the challenge quite interesting.
We worked with owners as they were preparing to move in. We also remodeled the lower level which had been used as a pool bar/lounge area. The new owners removed the pool and turned this area into a room reminiscent of their parents bar in old world Switzerland.
Still with modern tastes, we created several displays for the many collections. What was once in storage, now had an official home and to the owner’s delight, they could live surrounded by the memories displayed throughout the house. We were able to help these homeowners personalize the space and infuse it with character.
