will the rumor designs showroom ship my order?

No, Rumor Designs has hand selected and curated a shopping portal for our clients and customers who might not be local to Steamboat Springs. This allows us to give you access to items we have selected from hundreds of vendors. All of these items will ship to you directly from the vendors ensuring you have the best experience and price possible.


can you help me with a customer service issue?

All customer service situations should be directed to our shopping platform Sidedoor. Please direct all inquiries to them at info@onsidedoor.com where they will get back to you swiftly and efficiently.


If i do not like items in my order can i return it/return it to the store?

Since items on our shopping platform are shipped directly from the vendor to your doorstep, unfortunately, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns within our storefront inventory. If an item arrives to you damaged in any way, please reach out to the customer service team (info@onsidedoor.com) and they will help to remedy the situation by arranging repair or replacement of the item. Please note that damage claims, etc. must be reported within 48 hours following delivery of an item.


What about custom products?

Currently our online platform is only able to offer items currently in stock, as shown from our vendors. If your job needs custom pieces or work our design team would love to hear from you! Email us at info@rumordesigns.com for more information.


Do you mark up for shipping and handling?

No! All shipping fees, taxes, etc. are already included within the item’s listed price.


Why is my order taking so long?

All items ordered through our online platform are shipped directly from the vendor. Sometimes this process can take a little longer than anticipated, but we promise it will be worth the wait!
