Our Signature Services

1. RESIDENTIAL Remodel & New Build Projects

Residential Remodels & New Builds require detailed attention from start to finish. We recommend hiring your interior designer onto the team early on. This ensures planning is a collaborative effort across the trades involved and that all design aspects are considered during the process.

a. Design + Planning

The initial stage involves information gathering followed by the conceptual design phase. Approved concepts and finish schemes are developed into detailed architectural plans and/or mood boards and specifications. This phase can include some or all of the following activities; Initial Consultation & Needs Analysis, Site Survey, Concept Development, Space Planning, Budgeting, Kitchen & Bath Design, Fixture and Material Selections, Hardware Selections, Architectural Detailing, Custom Built-Ins and Fireplace Design, Construction Drawings, Schedules and Specifications.
COST: $200/Hr

B.  Implementation

The implementation phase of services is considered a critical step after developing the design plan, especially a remodel, in order to successfully communicate and meet the intended design objectives. These services commence once the Design + Planning phase is completed and includes:  Custom Work Orders, Reviewing Shop Drawings and Quotes, Approving Samples, Tagging/Approving Stone Tile and Slabs, Regular Communications with Contractor and Installers, Consultant Coordination, Reviewing Contractor Bids,  Attending Site Meetings.
COST: $125/Hr

2. Furnishings + Decor

Furnishings + Decor is an essential part of completing any project and often times a project in and of itself. Color, shape and lines support the beauty of the architecture and the mood of the space. Furniture and decor can reflect personality, set a tone and define function.

A. Design + Planning

We work with you to develop your unique, curated look and furniture layout plans. We provide you with mood boards, material samples as needed, and price lists with purchasing details.
COST: $200/Hr + Purchases

B. Implementation

Once the Design + Planning phase is completed, we start the purchasing process. We have many second home owners living in Steamboat and most find that logistics are difficult in our remote Yampa Valley.  When you work with us through the entire furnishing project, we see to it that your plan is fulfilled, delivered, and each detail is in place for your arrival. Related activities include: Furniture Plans, Furniture and Lighting Sourcing, Procurement, Custom Window Treatments, Custom Upholstery & Case Goods, Carpet Sourcing, Artwork Sourcing, Custom Framing.
COST: $125/Hr
