In this 565 square foot condo, maximizing style and storage were two main priorities. Many challenges came up through the process of gutting this original condo built in the 70’s, but the Rumor Team rose to the challenge and saw this small space as an opportunity to create a real retreat. Handsome built-in cabinetry adds a gender neutral tone to more playful wall coverings and feminine furnishings. Storage was maximized in every room, adding a linen closet in the bathroom, a washer and dryer unit in the bedroom and wrap around cabinetry in the kitchen. The before and after photos can tell you much more about this night and day transformation.
