Local restaurateur, business philanthropist and family man wanted a space that felt inspiring, with an at-home feel. Between eight busy restaurants and over 300 employees, this main office and meeting space had to become, above all, functional and fun. The Rumor Team worked hard to capture the energy and mission of the restaurant family, "to create a memorable and entertaining experience."
This old Oak Street home was dark and stuffy at the sale, so visualizing a solution was a challenge for the new owners. They called on Rumor to help bring life and vibrancy between the walls. Working with floor plans and an innate sense of design, the Rumor Team gutted the entire space to focus in on the good bones and layout. Using bold colors, wallpapers, patterns, and textures, the newly open and airy space transformed to feel smart, inspiring and welcoming.
