This six-bedroom home was a custom new-build project designed inside and out by Rumor Designs. The home exhibits quality construction throughout with attention to detail, from the finishes down to the studs. The design pushes new boundaries in mountain modern aesthetics with playful tile, distinctive lighting and fresh material selections.

Picture windows capture gondola views from the master bedroom, dining and living room as well as one upper bedroom. Two additional bedrooms have breathtaking South Valley and Emerald Mountain views. All of the main floor and upper bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with custom steel-beam detail.
